I'll start with mine, Jackson, Mississippi. Currently I cannot find any local affiliate carrying Modern Family, Bridezillas and On the Red Carpet. I believe WJTV Ch. 12's CW subchannel picked up the Cleveland Show, Community, Ok TV, Sanctuary, Republic of Doyle and SAF3. Also no one picked up Kate Couric when she debuted either.
What about your area?.
 
Fort Myers/Naples market: SAF3.

It was on cable-only "WNFM" MyTV 8 for the first few weeks then dropped.

Republic of Doyle is nowhere to be found.
 
No one in Yakima/Tri Cities has Maury or Jerry Springer (shocking!) Just two of the five big trash talk shows gone. The Test is on KIMA (CBS), Steve Wilkos is on KIMA-DT2 (CW Plus) and Trisha Goddard is ditto.
We also don't have TMZ Live, Access Hollywood Live or Access Hollywood even, OK! TV, SAF3, Sanctuary, Republic of Doyle, Supreme Justice (Karen Mills), America's Court (which aired in the 2010-11 season at 9/9:30AM on KIMA), Justice for All with Cristina Perez, Comics Unleashed, several other Entertainment Studios shows, and many many others. For E/I, no one airs Think Big, Coolest Places on Earth, Wild About Animals or Whaddyado. BUT...we do have a rare E/I block - on KAPP DT2 (MeTV). Instead of Green Screen Adventures, it's Go For It! reruns and Danger Rangers reruns. (just like on KMGH Denver's weather subchannel)
Also not seen - Leverage, Bridezillas, and reruns of Dog the Bounty Hunter.
We are missing a lot!!
