New TIS/HAR on Christmas Day 2014

Was down in Wapato WA with family, and noted a new TIS/HAR station via skywave!

1660 - WQEB206 Springfield, OR; heard all alone in KTIQ phase with NOAA Weather, forecast for west Central Oregon, mention of Newport, Astoria, Hillsboro, Portland, Eugene in current conditions forecast. There are 3 TIS stations in the Eugene area operated by ODOT (and that likely all air NOAA) but this was the closest to my location. Heard 1750 PT 12/25. NEW #671, tent. 10W, 203 miles. Have heard snippets of NOAA before on 1660 in western Washington but have never IDed it. Nice little Xmas present.
At the same time were two different NOAA relays on 1650 over/under KBJD. ODOT runs several along US-101 (Newport, Astoria etc) so I couldn't tell which was which.
Also had an unid 530 TIS with a looped weather forecast (male voice recording) phasing Selah WA WSDOT. Tentative WPUL478 Liberty, WA as mentioned "roadway" - likely I-90 or US-97 forecast? But also could be a WSDOT TIS in Prosser that doesn't ID. Whatever it is, it will be new if I can get the ID off of it!

This station has been on for a few years now on 10 watts.
ODOT runs about 4 different NOAA stations on 1650 all along the Oregon Coast - there's one in Astoria, and Newport, and Coos Bay I believe. Maybe others.

I've heard of several east coast HARs on 1620/1640 in NY, PA, etc. They should all be on 530 or 1610 (unless it's too close to CIAO-530, or CHHA-1610).
I've also heard TIS stations in the past on 1700, 540, 1580 and even 1520.
