New Today Graphics!

A couple of shots from this morning.
Note that the time-temp bug font has also changed, well at least in New York.
I don’t really like them since they are too busy and aren’t as pleasant as the old graphics.
We’ll see at 6:30 if there are more NBC News graphics changes afoot, plus today is rumoured to be the day that many NBC o&o stations change graphics, but WNBC hasn’t been part of the rumors. So stay Tuned!

I don't like the new animated bug... Btw.. Thanks for answering my question before I even asked it... I had wondered if the TNT was supposed to be on the bottom on the new graphics since I turned on the last part of Today on the station that I work for and didn't see a TNT at all. (Ours was to the left of where the NBC Peacock was on the old graphics and that's where it is on the TNT local bug). Of course we also don't do a Today crawl, but that's for other reasons and not related to the new graphics.

i think their sharp! Would be nice if that's what the new NBC News graphics were and MSNBC (or whatever it becomes) uses the same, just to keep it consistant.

The rest of the graphics were fine but the animated bug is annoying.

Why do some stations have those crawls at the bottom?
NBC 10 doesn't and most of the time they don't have the time or temperature on Today. What's with that?

Most of the time those crawls have local info during the network newscasts. I know we don't have one but it has to do with our box that handles the bugs/ids/TNT.

I suspect that NBC 10 is opting not to run the crawl. I have no clue about the TNT. Do they have bugs during their news? Other programming? Do they take the station logo ops during prime? What about the 9p local snipe avail?

The TNT is showing where the hightlights of the basketball game shown on the screen came from. The game was an NBA charity event for victims of Hurricane Katrina that aired on TNT.

Can someone please clear up the meaning of TNT here?
Is it the network or something else?
