New translator in Greenville?

Rumor has it there's a new translator going up on Paris Mountain, thought to be Clear Channel's but possibly from Entercom. I know others have posted things regarding FCC filings and I'm not sure how to track that stuff down so didn't know if anyone else might be able to find out more.

Regardless, it'll be interesting to see what's planned for it.

Supposedly WLOS is planning a TV translator for an improved ABC-13 signal in Upstate SC. Not sure about a radio station. Ironically I get a better TV signal from some of the Charlotte TV stations such as WBTV-3 than I can get from 13 in Asheville.

This isn't surprising. In the digital era, a VHF signal has a very limited range unless the receiver has an antenna specifically designed to receive VHF. None of Charlotte's commercial stations have a VHF signal, but WLOS does.
