New TV service provider in Houston???

It uses your broadband connection. The faster the better. The box is $200 and the service is $4.99 and up. $4.99 gives you the local stations and access to $$$$ on demand movies and shows.

As I read it, local station reception relies on an outdoor antenna (or at least, it doesn't come via internet), although the signal goes through your Sezmi box--and gives you access to their program guide.
