The remaining Keymarket properties don't make sense unless they are totally bailing out; 104.3 is the only one that reaches the city.
I would not rule out EMF flipping 98.3 to Eddie for a small profit. I said all along it was the perfect signal for urban.
I think the price tag would be too high on any of the other FMs but you never know. I think the Frischlings need 2 stations to have enough income to survive, and I don't see CBS or CC selling off just one station.
In my mind it's probably going to be 1360, 660, 1080, 1550, 860, 1510, 540, 620 or WJAS in that order of likelihood, maybe supplement it with a couple of Keymarket's repeaters on FM. Can't see it being just a LPFM translator because then he'd need to build a facility (and I'm not sure the license would even allow that), unless he could lease the old WAMO studios. And as far as I know, 1080's in the same building downtown so that might be the ticket technically.
