NEW VOICE ON WBZ's ROSTER

Jeff Brown.

Let's see, he joins at least 3 other people with the name Brown on the air in this market...

Ray Brown (WGBH)
George Brown (WXKS)
Steve Brown (WBUR)

Well, I believe that the surname Brown is the third most numerous in the US, behind Smith and Jones.

Another Brown from Boston radio: Doug Brown. WSAR, WBZ, WEEI and TV channels 27, 38, 68.
Now on Sports Center Nightly. Not turning up much info on Jeff Brown; there is a "Quiet Storm"
host on WHUR (Howard Univ.) radio by that name and one page had a transcript of "Jeffrey
Brown" on "PBS News Hour" re: the Brown-Coakley race
http://www.pbs.org/newshour/bb/politics/jan-june10/massachusetts_01-18.html

>>JEFFREY BROWN: And now to that surprising Senate race in Massachusetts.
The vote to fill the vacancy left by the death of Democratic icon Edward Kennedy comes tomorrow. And what was once assumed to be a certain victory by Democrat Martha Coakley is now anything but

Is that him? Click video link to hear and see.

Doug Brown: just speaks so highly of Bristol.

Michelle Brown: NECN

Ray Brown (WGBH) was in the frozen food locker for a while as B.Raleigh would say.
