New Warning graphics for WGCL?

I was ffliping around TV on Saturday and it looked like WGCL was testing a new graphic look for warning crawl and map. I really liked it. Did anyone else see it?
 
I noticed that WGCL was using the new graphics yesterday during the thunderstorms. The warnings were also run in Spanish. And there was a request in both english and Spanish for storm reports and damage photos. Also the graphics were being run durring commercials.
