> Oldiesfest went from being an all day affair to being a part of the Union Centre Boulevard Bash, with only 2 national acts, this year the Van-Dells were there, so maybe they could also be considered national. I would much prefer the oldiesfest period from 1994-2000.
I cannot argue with being in the Top 5; however, the music selection, the same tired songs makes me tune out. Spirit in the Sky and Cecelia must be the two holiest songs in the world since GRR plays the hell out of them. The only real change of pace in the music is Jim LaBarbara's Sunday night show where he plays early 60s music. Enough with the SAI bashing, after all, Infinity currently employs one of the former SAI people as Operations Manager of their country station, and one doing the midnight shift.
