New WTPA!

The new WTPA should be fun! The new morning show is...............Bob Waters and friends! I hear it will be no holds barred radio. With Bob given little parameters and Tim Michaels selling a product I want to listen to, I very much hope for success! These are people who get radio. I hope for big things!

How soon does this begin? Not much going on this morning. Songset, news, commercials, traffic, songset, Randy b*thches about something, commercials, songset.

I am looking forward to what is to come.

Well...gave Bob a listen in this morning and must say that "no holds barred" is not exactly a good descriptor. If "little parameters" were given, they weren't being used. Don't get me wrong, Bob sounded like a competent jock but when something is billed like above maybe I expected something different. What I heard was an afternoon format in the morning being executed by a guy that was basically plugging in elements. I will say the music sounded good though :)

Randy has a good ear, and he knows the area and the people here. He's been a dark horse for a while. He's a good guy.

I lIke the new hosts. It sounds like more of an Adult show these days. Dave Eddy is a great addition. He brings a degree of professionalism which some rock stations lack.
