New Years Eve special broadcasts

Hey, any special broadcasts on New Years Eve worth tuning in to? We're having a house party and I thought it would be fun to have the computer playing a good NYEve themed broadcast.

740AM is sponsoring two nice-sounding events that night: a <a href="http://www.bobdeangelis.com/rth/index.htm">Benny Goodman 1938 tribute</a> and a <a href="http://www.oldmilltoronto.com/festiveseason06.html#17">Big Band Swing Celebration</a> at the Old Mill Inn.

There's a Prairie Home Companion live special from here in Nashville. Assuming you mean 740AM in Toronto, you'll find this program on WNED-FM 94.5 at 10pm. It's also supposedly simulcast on PBS TV.

My Worthless Classics affiliate always had a big band show, but this year they had Scott Reese. At least it sounded like the old format, but I didn't stick around to find out.

And Christina Aguilera did my kind of music, and they had Guy Lombardo's "Auld Lang Syne", not Kenny G's, and "New York, New York" on Dick Clark's show.

Speaking of Dick Clark, he's still got it. He has some trouble with his enunciation, but his mind and his attitude are great.
