KGLK 107.5 HD-3 now has Hum Tum Radio, so the K291CE 106.1 translator has a legitimate originating station.

Looks like a new South Asian programmer has launched on KLVL, but didn't get the name in my short sampling time.

Still no sign of KCOH programming anywhere, and the 1480 option appears to be gone.
