New Years Resolutions

If you could create a resolution for anyone in the Bakersfield market...what would it be? For instance:
FOR AGM: Resolve to figure out which station will be its Jack format and which will truly be an AC?
FOR CLEAR CHANNEL: Resolve to put some money behind KBKO and market your morning show and station and really go after KUZZ. It takes more than just a buzz and a community involved morning show. Also...resolve NOT to change any station formats in 2006.
FOR STEVE KING (aka My Taint, aka shemp, aka ???): Resolve to only post under your own name on this board in 2005.
FOR BUCKLEY: Resolve to steal even more disgruntled CC employees, there's bound to be more!
FOR KUZZ: Resolve to finally let Gradowitz retire. He wants to. Let him, he's earned it.
FOR PLAY: Resolve to really go after Hot...and get a staff that gets along.
FOR THE SALES STAFFS: Resolve to sell against TV and The Californian. Stop spreading malicious crap about each other. If Radio wins, we all win.
