WCOD won't be a concern. It's well clear of WCOD. WFNQ will be one , WROR could be one.
The FCC never acted on the 105.5 in Worcester that's interfering with the 105.3 translator from Fitchburg. If they are able to squeeze it in there, which is fine with me, maybe the FCC will finally act upon the 106.1 pirate in Boston. It seems they never act unless someone who is paying for a license complains.
I often wonder if the "rules" are tossed out with translators. Before WNNW's 92.1 translator went on-the-air, both 92.1s in northern New England could be heard in parts of the Merrimack Valley. And there's a 99.9 on Silver Hill in Haverhill, while 99.9s are on-the-air in Athol, MA, Barnstable, MA and Auburn, ME.
All legal Laurence. The 92.1 translator is operating legally spaced from WFEX and WPHX. Same with 99.9 in Haverhill, which is fully spaced to everyone.
There is no "tossing of the rules" for these translators.

Strict directional FM signal, maybe? Sometimes we forget that there are "directional" FM stations.
