News 12 "Hudson Valley" in Rockland?

So...when did N12Westchester become "News 12 Hudson Valley"? I know it wasn't on Cablevision in Rockland when I was last through here in mid-June, but it's there now, replacing ShopNBC on 12. Is it going north of Westchester and Rockland now, too?

(The "News 12 Hudson Valley" branding is inconsistent - there's still a lot of "News 12 Westchester" in the opens and IDs...and of course the news is pretty much all Westchester-focused.)

I'm hearing that News 12 Hudson Valley will be going into the Cablevision systems in Orange, Putnam, Ulster and Dutchess as well.
