So I'm heading to work this morning NB on 75 passing Caruth Haven and noticed a billboard with the old News 4 Texas logo. Has anyone else noticed it? How long has it been there?
 
I saw it as well (GF works in the compass bank building behind it). Makes me wonder if they're taking the billboard down, as thats the only time you'd see an older ad of that nature plastered up....
 
That's apparently what's happening. Tim Ryan showed a picture of it on Good Day the other morning. It's like the last layer of umpteen billboards that have been plastered on that sign. Kinda funny if you ask me.
 
I thought KDFW was doing some kind of "retrospective" promotion deal really...its pretty neat though. That logo takes me back....maybe they should also have the 1980's "arrow 4" logo billboard somewhere ;D :D
 
While their at it, they should bring back John Criswell and Kevin Mac to TV also.
 
Anybody got a pic of the billboard?
 
Update:

The board was changed to a "Steak and Shake" ad, as there is a new location opened right beneath it :)
