At the end of September, longtime KOA news anchor Pat Woodard retired after 16 years at the station. Originally from Minnesota, Woodard had a 52-year career in radio.
Most recently, Woodard was also the business-news anchor for "Colorado's Morning News". His retirement came just a few days before "Colorado Morning News" co-host Marty Lenz was swept away in the latest round of iHeart layoffs.
