News Article

Well that's using HD multicasting the way it ought to be used...to bring new programming types into a marketplace with far too much "sameness", and restoring lost formats which OUGHT TO STILL BE MAINSTREAM, like Oldies.

In my area, there's an AM station with a very good signal that has all Bluegrass (WKGX Lenoir, NC 1080 AM). It's about time variety returned, although with more local (less corporate) ownership...say 10-20 owners in a market rather than three, the variety would likely never have left in the first place!
