News at 9 on Channel 20 to Channel 55?

I have been trying to figure out how they get the News at 9 from Channel 20 over to Channel 55. I am wondering if it is somehow streamed over a computer after being produced at WICS or if it is sent from WICS over fiber-optic cable to WRSP studios? Seems like no matter how sharp your TV is, the image seems to always have a tiny bit of a blurry effect or soft edges about the picture. Just wondering if anyone on here knows the answer??
 
I think it's happening all over the country. Does channel 20 have a LMA deal with 55? Here in the QC, the news at 9 on Fox 18 reairs at 1am, and again early next morning on The CW 26. Also, I heard that Newschannel 8 has a LMA deal with My TV 16, although the only clues are that if you watch the low-powered station, it'll have channel 8's Moline address on it, and that you can watch My Network TV shows on WQAD-DT (38.3)
 
i hear the sinclair is working a deal with KSDK in St. Louis so newschannel 5 at Nine on ABC-30? Now is that confusing or what???
