Waid Blair, longtime floor director, passed away this morning (11/5 Sun) of cancer. He last worked at Ch 8 in September, and had been in and out of the hospital since. Arrangements are pending.

Jeff Brady's wife recently gave birth to a daughter. Name escapes me, but it's definitely not Marcia, Jan, Cindy or Carol.
 
My family's thoughts and prayers are with the family at this very difficult time. Please keep us posted on the arrangements.
