Excellent job to WDBO for thier coverage of the shooting downtown....using a combination of thier reporters and Channel 9's.... FLF was 2 hours behind before they had something on the air, it was Bud trying to ad-lib...must have woke him from a nap...didn't hear much on the FMs other than an occassional update on a handful of stations.....

News Coverage on Orl. Shooting

This is when I miss true News/Talk stations. Stations like WKIS-AM 740 during the courthouse shooting by Thomas Provenzano. KIS was there live and regular programming ceased. It happened during the Clive Thomas' show.
WTKS-FM 104.1 carried audio from WKMNG TV. WDBO did a fair job. Where were all of their news folks? Rozzie Franco did a good job along with Florida News Network and Bud on WFLF-AM 540.
