News outta Boston

Word has it Chris Tyler, former WXIN and 92 Pro-FM personality, is shedding the APD/MD stripes for PD stars...good for him!

KISS 108. But I've heard already since taking the reigns, he's let it go to his head a bit. I'm curious how KISS will do the next few books.

Well at least someone recognized that there's life after PRO-FM.As far as how KISS will do they will do as they always have.I expect that Cadillac Jack will still call the shots

whoohooo! congrats! another person to add to the list of people who weren't "good enough" for providence...way to show'em... ;)

Kinda a funny story, back when Chris Tyler was at WPRO-FM, he was doing overnights and the MD at the time Tony Tony Mascaro was doing the late PM shift. They go into to usual banter and TM mentions that it is Chris Tyler's one year anniversary, and Chris ends up replying Noboby cares. Well it seemed funny at the time anyway.

That always makes me laugh when PD's say not good enough for Providence. Then said Talent skips 30 markets over their heads to end up in a top 10 market. Ever watch the movie "Private Parts?". Howard wasn't good enough to be on the air anywhere. According to them he sucked! LOL... yeah he sucks real bad. In many cases PD's should just skip over a career in radio and apply for a job at the nearest Carnival.
