News & Sports Director

Noalmark Broadcasting in El Dorado, Arkansas is looking for a News & Sports Director.

This is a full time position with salary + vacation + health insurance + dental insurance + life insurance + gas allowance and more.

I don't believe it is necessary to go through all of the requirements for this position... We all know what a News & Sports Director does.

There are a few things I would like to point out:

  • There is an opportunity for commission on sales if you like to help with Sports sales
    • There is a talent fee for ball games you do for us
    • I would expect you to host a 25 min Local Issues show each weekday on our News-Talk FM
    • The N&S Director will work with our Operations Manager on Ascertainments and Programming to meet public needs
    • As much as I wish this job paid $40k per year, it doesn't (I realize this limits our applicants, but the market can handle what the market can handle)

What I consider to be the biggest part of the package... If your child graduates from El Dorado High School and he/she wishes to go to college, Murphy Oil Corporation will pay for their tuition... YES, FREE COLLEGE

We have a great atmosphere to work in... We expect professionalism and we know how to have fun...

Interested applicants should send their resume + salary history (or requirements) to me via email at [email protected]

Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we STRONGLY encourage women and minorities to apply.
