News/Talk Radio On The FM Dial?

I am curious. Does anyone think KFI or KABC will broadcast on the FM dial as well as KFWB or KNX? It seems that nationwide, more and more ALL NEWS, ALL TALK or NEWS/TALK stations are either simulcasting or moving to the FM Dial. Is this a possibilty for these stations?
