Newt Gingrich on Jim Bohannon's Show last night

Hi drt,

The local station here (WILM) carries Bohannan on delay at midnight rather than the live air time of 10pm, when they started airing Mark Levin at 10 a couple of years ago. So I haven't listened to Jimbo for a couple of years, and just recently thought that he might have a website. So now I listen during the day at work online.

As stations carry less and less of what interests me (I'm 59 and they, well the advertisers actually, don't care if I tune in or not) I've been finding the online radio more and more to my liking. Even with NPR programming I like, but missed, or our local NPR affiliate doesn't carry a specific show, I've started listening online so I can hear the show when I'm available. Shows on AM sound far better online. So listening to your local AM talker online should improve your listening experience, assuming your computer is located where that works for you.

That at least explains Diane Rehm's voice. Our local NPR station (WHYY-FM) doesn't carry her show, but her voice is very hard to listen to. The 10 minute segment I heard, online, was fine as far as her questions, etc., but her voice just isn't very listenable.
