NexGen 101 Problems (URGENT)

We use auto mode throughout the day with pauses for live talksets and newscasts...problem is that the log is pushing the pause back one song. Example: if it is supposed to play between U2 and the Killers, it pushes the pause to behind the Killers.

AHhh just curious...have you checked with Prophet Tech support?? They can gove you a faster answer I would think...Is the PAUSE in the CLOCK and the LOG is moving the PAUSE?? That should not happen...
