setting up vt on prod machine.when i send it to the on air machine i get a error message with lots of exclamation marks, says file is deleted or something to that effect.and it passes the vt when it is suppose to play.but the vt will play on the prod machine...and the file format is correct..any hints on fixing this,

What is the exact text of the error?
What do you mean by "send it to the on air machine"? As soon as you voice track it, the on-air machine (ASERV) will be able to see it, so what are you sending?

Yeah, have you called PROPHET? Unless you haven't paid your tech support.
Never seen a problem with NexGen they couldn't fix either by dialing in or over the phone.

Yeah, have you called PROPHET? Unless you haven't paid your tech support.
Never seen a problem with NexGen they couldn't fix either by dialing in or over the phone.
