NextGen TV (ATSC 3.0) in Atlanta

I have seen WSB really start to advertise this lately. Does any manufacturer make a portable ATSC 3.0 TV? I see Geniatech makes a USB stick but I don’t see it anywhere for purchase. Is ATSC 3.0 mobile just like analog was many years ago? Has anyone tested the mobility factor? How good is it and how far out from the city does it go? I know at one time there was talk of using cell towers instead of using one transmitter in town. Just very curious.
 
Those are good questions. I'm hoping it will have a better signal than HDTV and bring in otherwise marginal stations (by OTA antenna). When WSB first went digital a good breeze would mess up the signal.
