The Raiders and Chargers use the CBS-style graphics and music. However, in the case of the Raiders, the games are shown locally on KTVU/KICU, and not KPIX (who carries the 49ers and uses their own graphics package), and using the graphics from 2002. KCBS in L.A. carries Raiders pre-season games, and they may actually be the ones who are producing the games along with the Raiders. The Chargers-Rams game yesterday was shown locally on KCAL in L.A., and its originating station was KFMB (CBS). KFMB pretty much used the entire CBS package, except the CBS eye wasn't displayed on the scoreboard at the top of the screen. Usually, at least for the San Diego audience, KFMB's "Local 8" was displayed with the scoreboard.
You'll also notice that now the NFL Network is producing pre-season telecasts for selected teams as well, at least using the NFL Network graphics package. The Browns and Rams come to mind.
