NHL Announces Plan To Resume

Does anyone find it ironic that first sport that may be back is perhaps the hardest to watch via tv and devices?

I got the same complaint from my father from the beginnings of my interest in hockey to last season: "I can't follow the puck." You know what I always told him? "If you watch enough hockey on TV, you get to anticipate where the puck is going. I don't see it much of the time, either." He never watched much TV hockey, though -- none at all on his own, and when I was around and wanted to watch, he'd find a book to read, a puzzle to solve, or a cassette or CD to listen to through headphones.

This anecdote is based strictly on watching the sport on a full-size TV screen. I can't imagine trying to watch hockey on a smart phone.
