It would be interesting to know what their "real" plans for Classical NH are. WEVO HD is intermittent and I have never received WEVS HD in Merrimack, although I consistently get most of the Boston HD signals. Based on what I read at the FCC, both WEVO and WEVS have digital notification with low power levels of around 5%.
One thing that would help listeners in Nashua and Hudson would be to use the 90.3 translator for classical since this has no cost impact.
They could also talk to the owner of the 106.9 translator in Manchester (off-air) as well.
Just some things I would look at if I was in charge.
Probably all comes down to -- you guessed it -- $$$$.
