Nice AM daytime opening

This afternoon I'm getting

700 WLW Cincinatti
760 WJR Detroit
870 UNID (May be WWL New Orleans)
1100 WTAM Cleveland
1170 UNID NFL Playoffs
1210 UNID Country music
1350 UNID running ABC news. Faded into fludder with another 1350 running CBS news. Didn't make out an ID. There are at least 2 others here. Several stations faded out and into each other on 1350. I'm getting Dave Clark Five - Because on 1350 now while a second ago I was getting a stopset from another station.
1500 (either KSTP Minneapolis or WTWP Washington DC. Definately a skywave type signal. Has that shortwaveish sound to it)
1660 WQSN Kalamazoo, MI
1680 WDSS Ada, MI

Pretty much every frequency above 1000 is wide open right now. Its frusterating because I can't get any station IDs out of them because they keep fading into other stations.

It started around 1:30 in Kenosha, WI. <P ID="signature">______________

There's an 870 in Shelbyville (I think that's the town), IL with religious programming. I heard them in the Lafayette,IN area the other day.

11am Monday morning the medium waves were quite active. I sat in my car at lunch time and listened to 1170 out of Tulsa in Central Ia with no problem.
