That appears to answer the question of what Emmis plans for the 102.7 translator that right now is simulcasting KOKE AM 1600.

No problem. BTW-- Is the 102.7 translator all that an improvement? Is it being upgraded?

Yes, the contour maps show it to be the best translator in town even with a null to the east. 99.7 is a clearer frequency though.
