Nice opening tonight 12-1 from Florida panhandle

Anybody in middle and north GA/AL getting anything tonight from Florida? All the panhandle Class C's are nice and clear tonight. Great signal from Star 98 (98.9 Tallahassee), which is normally drowned out from Montgomery's 98.9.

I was able to confirm a pretty good catch, first time hearing it...

100.5 WOYS Apalachicola, FL "Oyster Radio" 11.5 kW at 200 miles. Slow fades in and out, weak, battling with local 100.7 and Atlanta's new stronger 100.5.

DJK, Columbus GA

Not yet, but I'm definitely about to try. Thanks for the heads-up. I caught a bunch of them on Columbus Day, but not that one.

Another new catch, late last night...

93.5 WEBZ Port Saint Joe, FL "93-5 The Beat" 14.5 kW @ 194 miles. Fair and clear signal, around 23 dBu. Some fading.
