nice ratings book for praise 102.5

Great story Roddy, I love it. Signal isn't the best, but as you said it covers the most populated key demo areas. Now it's time for Radio One to focus on MAJIC107.5 and HOT 107.9. Personally, I think MAJIC's Urban AC format is excellent. KISS 104.1 still remains the #1 Urban AC choice, but both stations music selections are different. KISS only plays old-school R&B while MAJIC plays a variety of old & new. Steve Harvey's numbers at MAJIC isn't what I thought they would be by now neither. HOT 107.9 needs a revamp quickly. The music is becoming very pepetitive even though the spins are up and "commerical free" is be tagged in the positioner now. Rickey Smiley's show is gaining more numbers, but the rest of the dayparts sounds very sleepy. V103 just stole former HOT jock Rashan Ali to join Ryan in afternoons, but im sure HOT won't make any on air changes. Wonder what Radio One will do with 102.9? Im sure HOT 107.9 won't stay parked there very long.

I'm surprised Kiss 104's numbers are as high as they are. I think the station is played out, stale & depressing myself, but hey more power to them. I'd probably listen to Magic & Praise if I was in ATL, I'm too grown for all that kiddie hop on Hot & V, but I still have some life in me so Kiss wouldn't really do it for me either lol.

Kiss 104 is inconsistent. One month they are asleep at the wheel........playing the same
50 slow jams over and over. Then, next month there is more variety and upbeat stuff
with a longer playlist (those seem to be the months ratings are up). They could use
some updating also by throwing in more jams from the 90's and 2000+.

I agree that Kiss is very sleepy... and sleepy may be an understatement. Majic definitely sounds fresher. Hot is a mess. I did listen to V here and there.
