Are you sure this wasn't ESPN Radio's Todd Wright All Night?

ESPN doesn't list him on a 104.1 (or 204.1), though.

I had a few tropo catches yesterday (Hard to tell, since my outdoor antenna gets great range and I pick up the big sticks from 5 markets and everything from 2 local markets):

WRWA-88.7, Dothan, AL (satellite of Troy University's NPR station)
WOOF-99.7, Dothan, AL (AC, "Woof FM")
WJDQ-101.3, Meridian, MS (Hot AC, "Q101", heard w/ the Kidd Kraddick Morning Show in the AM and w/ music in the PM)

Meridian ~180 miles away, Dothan ~235 miles away.

"Danny Wright All Night" is a syndicated late-night country program distributed by Jones Radio Networks.

Judging by the locations of your other catches, the station that you probably heard on 104.1 was more than likely WBWN, "B 104," licensed to Le Roy, IL.

WBWN serves the Bloomington market.

Scroll down on this site until you get about half way to the bottom. It looks like B104 does indeed carry this show. This would be enough evidence for me to put them in my book. :)

Re: B104

Also..if you're lucky enough to have RDS, which I am, WBWN has it. RDS helps quite a bit in identifying stations.

And yes, last night was a great night! I had E-Skip to Florida, Georgia and Texas with the MUF up to at least 106.7 on FM...and that led up to tropo to the Chicago area and Northern Indiana.
