Nick Yemana on Barney Miller

The Barney Miller episides airing on Antenna TV are now from the fall of 1978. These are the final episodes featuring Jack Soo as Nick Yemana prior to his death in January, 1979. :(

By the way, anyone notice they moved "WKRP" from Sunday nights to Tuesday nights?

As far as I know, the Jack Soo tribute is always included in the syndication package; it aired on WGN-A when they carried the series a couple of years ago. Soo's last appearance onscreen was in an episode called 'The Vandal'(airdate November 9, 1978); the tribute episode aired as the last one of the season, in May '79.

How many stations were carrying Barney Miller in the Fall of 2001? My question stems from the opening credits for the majority of episodes, which features the 1970's-era skyline of New York City--prominently featuring the ill-fated World Trade Center?

Yeah, I liked it when Barney asked Harris if he could function....Hey, sharp as a tack.

The Jack Soo retrospective episode is schedule to air on Antenna TV on Sunday, March 31st at 8:30 pm eastern time. Unfortunately, we won't be able to see it here in Cleveland because the Sunday night Barney Miller episodes are pre-empted by local programming.

I would say Barney Miller wasn't on anyone's schedule in Fall of '11 (outside of maybe Nick@Nite or TV Land).
You would more likely see stations carrying Mad About You at that time whose credits also featured the NYC skyline (at night).
