Nick GAS shows all "older game shows from Nick like Get The Picture, GUTS, Legends Of The hidden Temple and etc............

What happened to the hosts of these game shows and all the others Nick used to carry? Some of the announcers on these shows were good, what did they move onto as well?

GUTS was hosted by Mike O'Malley as well as Get The Picture--he's now on Yes Dear on CBS.

Figure It Out's Summer Sanders hosts FSN'S The Sports List and was on NBA Inside Stuff. Of course her first claim to fame was as a gold medal diver.

Speaking of Nick/gas, its a cool network, but seems like a waste. They just air the same 6 shows everyday. I think the network would be better suited as classic nick, with other older shows, including the programing they have now.

You should've watched a couple of years ago, when they had a broader selection of game shows and sport-oriented programming. The last year, it was just those six shows, repeated over and over during the day. It seems Nick is no longer interested in Nick GAS, and they want to find a better use for it, once they find a proper format.

That's what every Nick fan wants to see, but Nick would rather listen to "dead presidents" than their viewers.

There were a couple game shows that were on but i can't remember their names... one involved 3 different people as kinda a sports/dare type show.

i think if they took Nick Arcade and Double Dare with Marc Sommers and made it a 5 game show mix.. the repeats would be so bad.

Whatsb od, is they show an hour of nick arcade and finders keepers at 3am in the morning and thats it....

If they want to be a serious competitor to GSN, Nick GAS should relaunch as a new channel featuring Viacom's game show library including Nick's. Make Me Laugh '79, Wipeout, and Anything For Money (all Paramount) were all last seen on USA in the '80s and '90s, while Remote Control, Singled Out, and other MTV game shows are somewhere buried next to old tapes of TRL. Dunno about the 1994 nighttime Price is Right, but we've also got episodes of Fandango and Top Card gathering dust in Nashville. They could see the light of day as well!

The question is -- did Gaylord sell its programming library along with TNN and CMT? If not, Fandango and Top Card may still be Gaylord property.
