Nielsen Audio wants to know your signal path

That's okay, rumors are Nielsen is about to claim that Voltaire creates audio encoding interference, so stations that use Voltaire would technically be in violation: http://www.radioink.com/

Arbitron asked those questions before the current Voltaire-gate scandal. I just keep clicking on "no change". I can't afford a Voltaire or four anyway. I can't afford the annual Country Report either, which is issued in the year following the 88 diary sample.
I'm not too sure why, but they provided me with encoders/decoders for four of my stations several years ago. Our market area is unrated, no one has a PPM, and the only ratings come from a breakout of 88 diaries per year. I keep hoping that someone from Seattle with a PPM will come down here for a month or so in the Spring and Fall, so we can show up in the Seattle book.
