Nielsen looking to replace PPM beepers

Nielsen is looking into replacing the PPM beepers for radars that can detect frequency codes that are being listen to. This new method will actually detect every single radio within the radars reach. They will be able to give an exact cume of listeners each day. Is this amazing?
