Nightime PSA's on the End

Was listening to the End tonight for the first time in a while (mostly listening to Mariner games over the summer) and heard multiple PSAs covering adoption and disaster planning. They're a staple of nighttime AM listening, but they're not something I associate with FM stations. Are they a regular occurence, either on the End or other major FM signals in this market?

A lot of stations in a lot of markets run PSAs in the evening because they can't sell the ad time, this has been going on for many years.
