Nighttime AM HD

I have been playing around with a new HD receiver I bought over Christmas and have DX'ed some AM stations in HD. But I'm not sure if it was a fluke. I have gotten KLVI 560 flash HD but it would never lock. I also got KJOJ-AM 880 to Lock into HD but there was no audio. I got the same results on two different receivers. Does anyone know if these stations are running HD? And have the rules changed can you run HD at night?
 
I dont think KLVI is running HD but will ask their CE. Not sure about KJOJ-AM but can find out..
as to HD at night, yes, it is allowed now...
 
I havent heard any IBOC sidebands on KLVI, which would of course clobber KTSA and KLIF. Also nothing with KJOJ; and I would be surprised if Liberman bothers with it on any of their AM's.
 
Well I have not heard them during the day only at night.

It would not surprise me if Liberman puts HD on his AMs. A friend of mine works over there and said they are doing alot to build-up the stations. She said they may even do news. That some Houston does not have a Spanish News Station.
 
LBI is not running HD on 880 KJOJ-AM. There are plans to rebuild the KEYH site and HD may be in the plans for that. But if and when LBI starts if the HD AM installs KJOJ-AM will be the last one on the list.
