Nighttime D & C?

I was going to put a post up about this too... Where is Mikey? He's been on "vacation" for what, 2 weeks now, maybe more? Is there a contract issue? I know there's all kinds of crazy budget issues these days, but Entercom would be crazy to eliminate the night show on WEEI! They've had "Instant Reply" on for at least 2 hours both last night and now tonight as well.
 
I heard that Mikey is in DisneyWorld with the kid. He was talking about it the last couple of weeks. My guess is that running replay saves a few bucks rather than bringing someone in for a short shift. I think Ryder works out of Metro now, so it might not be as easy to have him fill in.

I thought they moved all of EEI's sports flash people out of Metro, and into the EEI studios a few years ago? John Ryder was filling in earlier in the week. Mike Menanksi (sp?) and Lenny Megliola were on later in the evening (starting at 8 maybe?) until 11.
