NJ 101.5 on WGY

Yesterday (Friday) during the 8:52 traffic report there was a commercial for Sylvania headlight, instead I heard the NJ101.5(WKXW) shout and their "chime time" sounder. The announcer made light of the obvious gaffe. How could this have happened? Where they listening to NJ 101.5 and put the stream into the board and opened the fader??? How and why???
