I noticed a full page ad for a canned beer event in this weekend in a local weekly throw away paper. Lots of sponsors listed but no TV or radio stations listed. Does this mean radio advertising has gone flat for an event like this? Or are they avoiding trading ads for canned beer?
An alternative newspaper that's trying to move into NTR is more likely to want to sign up people who will pay cash to advertise with them than to trade out mentions to a media sponsor. If you're trying to show somebody that you alone can drive traffic, then you alone have to do it.
