No Cubs baseball this season on Fox Sports 1070 / WTSO

WTSO has dropped the the Cubs radio network after broadcasting Cubs games past two years.

I tuned in this weekend and did not hear the game. So I dropped the folks at Fox Sports 1070 a note, and they confirmed that the station will not broadcast the Cubs this year.

Bummer. I'll just go back to listening to the games online and now I no longer have any reason to listen to the AM band in Madison. :\
 
They have to pay to air them. iHeart is not going to do that. They don't even have any local people on in Madison for the most part anymore.
