No CW or MyTV for Lubbock TX?

Perhaps I missed it, but I've been looking for an announcement in all the new additions to affiliates. Now with most of the country covered, I have yet to see anything regarding Lubbock. Are some markets going to be left out of the CW and MyTV? After all we went through to get UPN and WB, I had hoped we wouldn't have to go through all of this again.

Does anyone know what's going on?
