No Flippin' Predictions!?

Hehe clever play on words! A book has come and gone with no one rumbling about who will flip. What the heck is going on here. Shouldn't phillyradioboy be talking about the next hot dance/alternative format?

Seriously, any speculations if a flip is coming soon?

Espanol por favor?

Well it sure won't be WOGL as everyone was predicting not too long ago. They would have to be crazy to flip a station that went from sixth to fourth in one book.

If Clear Channel can think of something to do with 106.1, I wouldn't be surprised to see it go. WJJZ isn't even top 10 and has dropped below WSNI in the money demo. I sincerely hope they're not satisfied with having two cheaply-run, just-getting-by flamethrowers in the 6th largest market in the country.

Everything else appears kinda stable or too-early-to-tell. I'd like to know how Wired is doing in their target versus Q102. I think they both have pros and cons (IMHO, Q has a better personality--outside of the morning show--while Wired's music presentation is better). One of them probably has to give up eventually though. I suspect it will be Wired since Clear Channel has other things on their plate.

WOGL is in 11th place 25 - 54, having gone down 0.2. Sunny is in 12th place but got there by going up 0.4. 25 - 54 is what both stations are going after, right? Because at this rate, maybe WOGL won't be looking so hot in a couple more books. You never know!

WOGL should be under a death watch. The station is owned by Infinity!<P ID="signature">______________
