No Fox 5 News at 10?

Turned on Fox 5 around 10:05 tonight, (Monday) and for the first 40 minutes they ran a feed from the FOX LIVE NOW app. At first I thought it was like a "Special Report" but it's literally just the general news feed from the FOX LIVE app and no local news. And instead of a commercial break it just shows live shots from all over the world with, "we are in a commercial break" and a :60 second countdown clock. I wonder what happened at the Channel 5 studios that it started so late. And then at 10:40, it just came on with the intro "Fox 5 News at 10", like normal and nothing else was said about the delay. Def strange. 🤔
