No HD on FM100

I was in town this past weekend visiting my family and noticed that FM100 doesn't broadcast in HD nor does it broadcast RDS. Is this due to its powerful 300 kW stick? I noticed the other Entercom stations like the Wolf and the River broadcast in HD.
 
I also noticed on FM100 that the RDS will work on my car radio but not on my portable Insignia. I can get RDS on all the other Memphis stations on the portable. Why is this? Again does this have to do with the high power of this station?
 
FM 100 has never had HD in place.

101.9 has never also even though they have always given KWNW HD in the top of the hour legal ID.
